Goodbye Uncle Raymond, thankyou for everything you did,the great times we had following Oldham RUFC. Despite the fact you moved to Aus I still found you and who can forget the 2 threeies in the Steyne Hotel in Manly, the "Make sure he gets on that bloody plane" when I was leaving Aus and Dan Air to every plane that flew over the villa, your golf stories about what you and my dad got up to were legendary. Good night Uncle Raymond, see you on the other side for a round of golf,
Xx

Hello everyone. So as Charlie and I unfortunately can't be here in person, I'd just like to say a few words about my dad. Well he was successful, good at sports, great company and handsome to boot! And talk about intelligent...I mean the man taught himself THREE languages fluently! But what I really adored most about my dad was his brilliant sense of humour. He had a quick wit and loved to make people laugh... At parties in Portugal he'd come up the villa steps to deposit a large platter a barbecued goodies that he'd cooked while standing in the full glare of the sun. Complaining bitterly of the heat to the table full of family and friends, he'd turn to walk away revealing that his pinny was the only thing he was wearing! It brought the house down every time!!! So goodbye Dad, thanks for all the laughs. We love you and will miss you.
