To Grant, Nathan & Family
Your Dad was such a wonderful man, and I know my Nanna thought the world of him. We all did, he was truly a part of our family as well. For as long as I can remember, since I was a little girl, he was just there, right across the road, and there was such comfort in always knowing he was close by. He wasn’t just a neighbour, he was woven into all of our lives.
I have so many memories of him being at our family events, joining us at Christmas, and just naturally being included in the things our family celebrated. He looked after my Grandad with such kindness and respect, and I’ll never forget how he would visit him in the hospital. That meant so much to us, and it showed the depth of his care.
Your Dad will always be remembered as someone who brought laughter, steadiness, and genuine friendship into all of our lives. He wasn’t just across the road, he was family. We will miss him greatly, Amber, Pam, Alison, Ben & family xxx

To Grant and Nathan. Boys, well done. You conveyed beautifully the depth and character of your father, a man whose attention to detail was unsurpassed. You both reminded us of his plethora of interests, and the unpleasant memories of the Sturt Football Club premierships, particularly those won against the Glenelg Football Club.
Thankyou again, and we look forward to catching up in Adelaide in the near future.

Bob and my dad flew together for many years, they came to America to pick up a plane and take it back down to Australia back in the 70s . I had the pleasure of meeting Bob and Grant in 2024 when they made a trip to Las Vegas to spend time with my dad when he was ill, and again when Bob came back up for my dads funeral. I was incredibly lucky to have met him and hear the stories he had on my dad, I wish I had heard more. He would check in on us from time to time, and I shared how my dad kept all the letters and pictures that Bob had sent over the years.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the family

Kathy and I will remember Quenton (Bob) as a highly principled, intelligent and generous man. Grant and Nathan, along with extended families, meant everything to him. Condolences to the boys. Love from Kathy and Howard (cousin)
