You will be very sadly missed uncle Ken.
Your smile lit the room when ever you walked in.
I has indeed been an absolute honour and a privilege to know you.
You are in no pain and are now with our creator.
Please also say hi to my dad over a cup of tea.

My grandparents -living in Singapore - invited me to stay a few weeks. It was 1965 and a girl from 18 yrs young, not used to speak English but Dutch met a lot of family members. Almost everybody with the name Grosse I've met: brother from my "opa=granddad" uncle Francis,a.Grace, son Kenneth, daughters Ruthie,Dulcie and Bernice/son Granville was not overthere. I called everybody uncle or aunt. Kenneth noticed that it should be nice to start corresponding with that Dutch girl.So....our corresponding started: 60 years ago!!!!
It stopped a short moment as u.Kenneth & a.Yvonne moved to Australia, lost my adress . Via Bernice (also corresponding) Kenneth got my address in The Hague again. Kenneth wrote the very sad letter his beloved wife
Yvonne passed away.
So....the years with corresponding were going on.
The mailings and what apps stopped; my dear "Uncle Kenneth" passed away. I'll remember the original corresponding during the 60 years.
With love from Inge.

Kenny was a dear friend to my late husband Basil n me. Our meet ups always ended in laughter. A great mentor to us.
