Be it new trucks or equipment, buildings and laydowns, even footpaths, gatea and handrails... all there because if Ian's hard work and dedication. One of the best bosses I’ve ever had, a genuine gentleman and best mentor.
Enjoyed a nice Canadian Club Whiskey 🥃 with him many times in the years we’ve known each other.
Rest well good man ☮️

My memories of Ian are of a man of great principles who was unwavering in his commitment to build up all of those around him.
I remember him frequently calling to check up on me even while in his hospital bed undergoing treatment, an act of care that has left a lasting imprint on my memory.
It was a privilege to work for him and benefit from his guidance during my leadership journey!
The impact Ian had will be everlasting.
Rest in peace.
