Margie & Sarah, Our hearts go out to you with the sad, untimely loss of Chris. We have memories of great times with the pair of you in Hong Kong ... who will ever forget our 'Dining In Nights' with cuisine from around the world ... the dining out at many of the Colony's fine restaurants with the four of us, and just the great friendship that we shared. And the fun we had when you & Chris kindly gave up your weekends to help out at our Ultimate Restaurant in Victoria, and the fun we had there after hours. We will never know that again, because Chris can no longer be with us, but his memory will live strong in our hearts for evermore. Margie, we know that this loss must be ripping you apart, but be strong, as that is what Chris would have expected of you. Unfortunately, Jaccy is a bit crook at the moment with a bad back, so we can't make the cross-continental trip to honour Chris at his funeral, but we will be watching it on the live feed.
