Love and condolences to everyone in WA and beyond.
Nanny will be deeply missed. One of my fondest memories is of her staying with me in hospital in Adelaide after I broke my arm falling off the clothesline at age four. Sending sympathies to all.
With love from her grandson, Julian, and his family in Darwin.

So many wonderful memories growing up on Main Street and down the road from Uncle Basil and Aunty Betty. Whenever we would go to the blue house, Aunty Betty always had freshly baked biscuits on the table, a fresh cuppa and ready for a chat. Lots of craft, knitting and sewing on the go.
Such a brilliant lady was Aunty Betty, with such a passion for family and simplicity for life. Her friendship group was wide and to listen to her stories and a bit of gossip was always entertaining.
Now resting with Uncle Basil and Ian. You taught me so much and your biscuit recipes live on with my children and grandchildren.
So sorry we can’t be there to farewell with so many kilometres between us, but will watch online.
With love
