To the lovely Sarah McCool,
I met you mothers day 2020, not long after meeting your gorgeous daughter Maureen.
It was hard seeing you in the home as it was my 1st time there.
I soon learnt to get past that and just fell in love with the beautiful soul you are.
You really never knew me and I really never got to meet the REAL Sarah which breaks my heart.
Ba Goom, (sorry Maureen, Sharon and family) we would have had loads of laughs me thinks as I have been told you had a shy but beautiful sense of humor (even a tad cheeky at times)
I was very privileged to take you out to lunch at the Clipper Inn for a lemonade and pancakes. Some times you would say "lovely" as we fed you these sweet sweet pancakes.
Maureen and I would have a little tipple of wine.
It was very special privilege and an honor to share these days with you x.
I have chatted to so so many people over the years who knew you in the past and they ALL say what a wonderful, giving, generous, selfless, loving lady your were.
I have said to Maureen, "the world needs more Sarah's " cos the world would be a better place with more people like YOU.
Funny story. Maureen told me on a Friday nights was Fish n chip night whilst watching Hawaii 5 O which is a lovely family memory. We dropped Sarah home after lunch and not a word of a lie, the theme song of said Hawaii 5 o came on the radio, it was gorgeous, it gave us a big lift and we laughed about the coincidence and the meaning of it all.
I said to Maureen, it couldn't have been scripted better.
There is a little doggie here called Mosar who misses Sarah so so much.
Maureen said to me, Mosar (the little hound) sat outside Sarah's bedroom for hours every day for months after she went into the home, waiting for her to see her again, Sadly it never happend
Maueen and I will lift a glass of sherry on new years eve in honour of Tommy and Sarah as that was their little tipple together as husband and and wife.
Its going to hard not going to Sarah's home, seeing her cute smiling face and her lovely smile.
All my love Sarah, Maureen, Paul and Sharon
