I was very sorry to hear this, we worked together at Monash for many years.

What a lovely and well respected gentleman.
Paul obviously had a brilliant mind, and he would help anyone.
I never saw him lose his temper, and I witnessed what a great musician he was. The sounds he perfected were incredible.
The video of his life confirms he had a very full one.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Paul, you lived thousands of miles from me but you brought so much happyness into my life with what is your wonderful legacy the TVS3. R.I.P.Paul Lawrence Rossiter.

My personal contacts with Paul were about a software package of a friend of mine.
He once wrote me that it came closest to the TVS of all solutions he had heard. A bigger compliment we could not get.
It is clear that Paul was not one-sided and kept his eyes and ears open for a lot of things. I could ask him questions about all kind of sound related problems and always got a clear answer.
Fresh in my memory is an article he wrote about "Hank's Ideal Live Rig Rundown" and he wrote a lot more before that about pick-ups and also specific Shadows tunes.
Paul Rest In Peace

Dear Kathy, few of us will be able to leave this world having made it a better place for those remaining - Paul is one who did that. Mauch love to you, with fond memories. Mike Tingle, now Norfolk UK.

Deep sympathies to the members of Pauls family at this sad time. Paul was the nearest to ever achieving the sound that started myself and many others in the search for the perfect solution in obtaining THAT SOUND R.I.P.

Paul, life is such a short and precious walk, but you have been a central character to me in the world of music. I have never met you in person, but I have enjoyed the fruits of your work and also your generous public knowledge sharing. To me, your character has always seemed so well balanced and human. My condolences to your family, friends and colleagues. May The Lord, take good care of you.

Dear Cathy and Pat,
we were so saddened to hear about Paul. It was, however, very uplifting to watch his service and realise how much he crammed into his life. He seemed to achieve what would take the rest of us two lifetimes! I'm sure you will both miss him terribly but will take comfort in many fond memories.
Take care, Richard and Izzy.

A lovely man we were privileged to get to know, and share lots of enjoyable occasions.

Malcolm Ronald Campbell on 17 October, 2023 at 9:41am (AWST)

I knew Paul Rossiter for the last 25 years. Paul was dedicated to his hobby of aeromodelling, gifted in his deep understanding of electronics and passionate about guitars and the unique sound of the amplifiers he designed and built for the world stage. I only wished I could have heard his music first hand. I knew Paul through his hobby and he became a good reliable friend. Paul was a good listener, an adviser, a skilled builder and flyer. Paul and Kathy were a lovely couple and I offer my sincere condolences to her and her family during this difficult time.

Although I never had the privilege to meet Paul in person, in emails and on the Shadows forums where we exchanged messages and in watching his videos and performances with Spike and Gary, it was obvious that Paul was a very kind and generous man. His knowledge of so many things was truly encyclopaedic and he was so generous with his help to our Blue Nebula team. This just goes to show the kind of man he was. He will be sadly missed by so many. Sincere condolences on behalf of myself and the Blue Nebula development team to Kathy and Paul's family and friends and to his TVS Speciality Products colleagues Spike and Gary.

Paul was much respected here in the UK and around the rest of the world. His knowledge and enthusiasm for our music was inspirational and as a proud owner of a TVS echo I learned much from our exchanges. My condolences to his family and close friends. He will be much missed.
