I am Huw’s First Cousin but the only time I saw him in the flesh was when he was a baby. I was 9 years old when the family left for Australia. I remember all of the family waving goodbye to my Auntie Nancy, Uncle Bill, Vernon, Peter and baby Huw on the platform of Cardiff station.
Whilst we have never met since we kept in regular contact via Facebook.
His larger than life attitude and unique sense of humour always came across.
Whilst it was a distant relationship the love between us can not be doubted and he will remain in my heart until I join him.
