Sam was to me, a ground breaker. Someone who was honest and embraced reality his whole life. It was people like him who cleared the path for the younger generation. As far as I know, he hardly complained about life and was always...ALWAYS looking for the funny side of things, which was infectious.
Sam to me was the same wonderful person through out his life, a part of our family since he was born 🌹

Sam was a loved, and inspirational friend to us. We shared many happy times with him, including our first date! We will miss his caring spirit and his big smile, and our thoughts are with you Kuli, Jon, Lisa, Jon and Brenda and the rest of Sam's family and friends on this difficult day. We will be watching from afar in Barcelona wishing we could be sharing big hugs with you all.
I'm broken hearted and haven't been able to find the words. I've been talking to old friends and shedding some tears and sharing good memories. I was telling my kids about what a great person he was. I miss Sam. Lots of love Paddy and family
