Our thoughts are with you all as we all remember the lovely woman that Jennifer was. Millie says she will always remember her smiles and positivity even when she was not well and I think we can all relate to this as she was a truly wonderful and strong person xxx

Mum Today will be one of the hardest days of my life. To say goodbye to you! You will be forever with me in my memories and my heart. I am so proud of you , you fought so hard to stay with us as long as you could. You were a kind, loving and caring person, that and your sense of humour stayed with you until the end. We know you are at peace now and no longer suffering. RIP Back with Dad, Nana and Grandpa and Uncle George and Gerald. Love you x Yvonne
