My heartfelt condolences go out to all of David's family and friends. Although I only knew him through his daughter Kelly, I found him to be honourable, kind and giving and with a great sense of humour. As is, with Jewish tradition, I wish all those he left behind, a long and healthy life.

Aunty Elizabeth, Kelly, Jenny, and family: Our deepest love and condolences to you. Uncle David has a very special place in our hearts. He was loving, funny, and a great example of what a true Aussie bloke should be. Uncle David was always generous and caring, and every time we got to see each other would always bring joy, encouragement and genuine fun. We will miss him greatly.
