Im sorry for your loss to all the warren Family our thoughts will all be with you today Love Val Janet and Laura (UK)
To the Family of ARTHUR DIDCOE from Myself and my Wife Jan and all members of HIWG Inc. we send our Deepest Sympathy and Condolences on the Sad loss of your very Dear Father and my very Special friend. He was a very proud Australian Soldier who served our Nation with Honour during the Korean War. I first met Arthur and his lovely wife Shirley about 19 years ago when they came to see if we could help him with his TPI. When they realised what we were doing they immediately became members of our group and also became committee members as they believed in the work 100%. They were very strong in their total support and the friendship between us became very special. I would visit them when I could and the day they told me that Shirley had cancer was for me so sad in many ways as I not only lost a special friend I also worried about how Arthur would cope. I kept in touch by phone but would visit when I could but now realise when its too late it was no where near enough. One of best times for me was on the 23rd November 2014 when Arthur turned up at my and Jans wedding. He couldn't stay long as he wasn't feeling well. I told him he shouldn't have worried but he said that he had to come not only for himself but also for Shirley's memory as it was what she would have wanted. As one travels thru life you at times meet very special people and I have been very fortunate to have met Arthur and Shirley and I'm also very proud that my old mate came to the wedding and met my beautiful wife. Arthur old Warrior and Dear Friend you are now back with your Beautiful Shirley probably having a glass of red. The Friendship you both gave me will never be forgotten. Arthur Didcoe served his nation with pride and honour RIP Old Digger. John and Jan Schnaars.
